Technical Interview

A focused conversation with a senior member of your practice area. No whiteboard puzzles; we talk through real scenarios, your past work, and how you think about complex problems.

Final Conversation & Offer

A final discussion with leadership to close any open questions on both sides. If we're aligned, we move to an offer with full transparency on compensation and expectations.
