Vineyard Vines needed every store to feel like the same brand, and to handle every kind of order, regardless of where the customer started. Their existing point-of-sale couldn't see online inventory, couldn't power BOPIS at scale, and put associates behind a counter instead of next to customers.

Bricz led the full ActiveStore deployment: discovery and floor-walks across pilot stores, configuration of mobile POS and clienteling, integration with order management for BOPIS and ship-from-store, and a chain rollout playbook that took the platform from one store to the full network.
