WMS-Driven Voice Connector

A multi-DC retailer wanted voice picking without paying Lydia to write and redeploy custom logic on the devices every time a process changed. We flipped the control model: the WMS drives, and the voice device just listens and responds.

  • What we builtA stand-alone connector that lets Manhattan ActiveWarehouse or Infios drive the voice devices directly, the same way they already drive RF guns. The device becomes a simple HID; all the workflow logic stays in the WMS.

Exotec / Manhattan Decant & Putaway HMI

An Exotec Skypod implementation connected to Manhattan WMS, but the standard decant and putaway screens weren't built for the cadence of an Exotec station. Operators were slower than they needed to be, and exceptions were piling up.
