Bricz served as Manhattan Active Omni SME and QA lead for retail corporation Bealls Inc., driving testing and quality assurance across a multi-brand, multi-phase omnichannel order management and store fulfillment implementation.

The Challenge
Bealls Inc. sought a delivery partner to provide Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) expertise and quality assurance for their multi-brand Order Management, Store Order Fulfillment, Contact Center, Customer Service & Engagement, and Digital Self-Service implementation.
The multi-phased program enabled Ship-to-Home for the Bealls and HomeCentric brands, followed by Ship-to-Home, Ship-from-Store, and Ship-to-Store for the Bealls Florida brand, along with vendor dropship and marketplace integration.
What Bricz Did
Bricz was engaged as SME for the MAO platform and to streamline testing and quality assurance, leading test-phase planning, documenting scenarios and test cases, executing test cycles, and delivering test status reports.
The team tested all integrations, extensions, customizations, optimizations, and store fulfillment functionalities, and provided first-level issue triage for faster resolution turnaround.

The Results
The exceptional quality and consistency Bricz demonstrated in phase 1 led to the team being extended into phase 2. Bricz partnered with store and POS QA teams to validate store pick, pack & shipment processes, plus packing slips, shipping labels, thermal printing, store receiving, and returns processing.
Bricz also provided go-live and hyper-care support for Bealls’ successful MAO implementation.
