Infios WMS (K.Motion)
Dexcom expanded its engagement with Bricz for ongoing enhancements to its Infios K.Motion WMS, prioritizing and delivering a dozen-plus improvements, including a pick-to-light solution to better use an existing pick face.

The Challenge
After an initial Infios WMS implementation, Dexcom expanded its engagement with Bricz to investigate ongoing gaps between current functionality and desired results.
A key aspect of the engagement was making better use of an existing pick face by implementing a pick-to-light solution.
What Bricz Did
To ensure the solutions would have concrete operational impact, the Bricz team spent several weeks defining and prioritizing the most effective fixes to business issues.
Bricz then worked with a third-party development team, managing the development of the modifications and leading the testing, training, and deployment of the updated code.
Key activities

- Promote developed code to production
Solutions
- Infios K.Motion
- Pick-to-light technology
The Results
After the design sessions, the team had a backlog of over a dozen prioritized items to develop. Over several months, Bricz worked with Dexcom’s L&D team to provide progress updates, test items to catch errors before production, and train users on the new processes.
The ongoing engagement gave Dexcom a continuous-improvement partner steadily closing the gap between current functionality and desired results.
