Bricz brought WMS subject-matter expertise to health & wellness retailer Fullscript, implementing Infios Warehouse Advantage across new distribution centers, enhancing existing sites, and integrating Geek+ ASRS to boost picking productivity.
The Challenge
Fullscript needed help implementing Infios Warehouse Advantage for two new distribution centers, plus enhancements to the existing Infios WMS in two current distribution centers.
The client reached out to Bricz for WMS subject-matter expertise, including change-management best practices, to ensure the success of their implementation and enhancements.
What Bricz Did
The Bricz implementation team partnered with Fullscript to design customized processes and enhancements tailored to their business needs, then translated that design into configuration requirements for the Infios WMS and defined test cases for user acceptance testing.
Bricz also integrated Geek+ ASRS (goods-to-person robotics) into the operation and, after supporting successful testing, defined a “train the trainer” approach and established a center of excellence to ensure long-term solution adoption.

The Results
Bricz supported Fullscript through successful Infios WMS enhancements for two current warehouses, followed by two additional sites over the next three months.
As part of the implementation, Bricz helped Fullscript replace their order-picking process with new, customized functionality, integrated with Geek+ ASRS, increasing productivity.
