Hendrick Automotive Group
Infios Warehouse Advantage (WMS)
Bricz orchestrated a simultaneous ERP and Infios Warehouse Advantage go-live across four distribution centers for Hendrick Automotive Group, the largest privately held automotive retailer in the US, lifting throughput 30%+ on a tight timeline.

The Challenge
Hendrick Automotive Group (HAG), the largest privately held automotive retail organization in the US, embarked on a supply chain technology transformation, implementing a new ERP alongside Infios Warehouse Advantage across four distribution centers.
HAG sought a partner that could orchestrate a successful, simultaneous ERP and WMS implementation on a tight timeline.
What Bricz Did
The Bricz implementation team partnered with HAG to lead integrated, in-person design workshops that aligned all stakeholders, then collaborated across teams through design, integration, build, and test phases to ensure a comprehensive solution.
Orchestration was key: Bricz kept the simultaneous ERP and WMS implementations moving in lockstep toward each go-live.
Project highlights
- Supply chain transformation
- New ERP implementation
- Four WMS site go-lives in three months
- First-DC lessons learned applied to later sites
- Refined, targeted training for later sites
Go-live timeline
- Aug: ERP + Site 1
- Sep: Site 2
- Oct: Sites 3 & 4
The Results
Bricz supported HAG through a successful simultaneous ERP and WMS go-live for the first DC, followed by three additional sites over the next three months.
As part of the implementation, Bricz helped HAG replace a manual pick-to-label process with enhanced functionality, increasing throughput by 30%+, improving picking accuracy, and virtually eliminating mis-picks.
