The Challenge
Nivoda sought strategic guidance through an automation assessment to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in their New York fulfillment center.
With aspirations to increase daily orders fulfilled by more than 3x, paired with future site-expansion plans, Nivoda reached out to Bricz for robotics and automation expertise to enable their growth trajectory.
What Bricz Did
The Bricz team conducted a full analysis of Nivoda’s order fulfillment process, identified observational pain points, and created process flow charts for increased visibility.
