Bricz led the functional and integration design to bring an AMR picking solution live for specialty outdoor retailer Orvis, integrating 6 River Systems robots with their existing Manhattan WMOS via MuleSoft.

The Challenge
Orvis is a specialty retailer focused on outdoor apparel and equipment. They needed a partner to support the implementation of an AMR picking solution that would integrate with their existing Manhattan WMOS via MuleSoft.
The Orvis team sought a partner to lead the functional and integration design for the solution, including managing the necessary configuration changes within WMOS.
What Bricz Did
The Bricz team supported design, configuration, testing, and implementation for the 6 River Systems roll-out, leading functional and integration design while collaborating closely with the Orvis IT development team.
Leveraging deep automation experience, Bricz drove the configuration changes in Manhattan WMOS needed to support the new AMR solution, and led issue triage and resolution throughout.

The Results
