Infios TMS (formerly MercuryGate)
Bricz took end-to-end ownership of Winsupply’s Infios TMS (formerly MercuryGate) implementation, standing up a fully integrated transportation management system for the building materials distributor in just four months, from design to go-live.
The Challenge
Winsupply needed help implementing a new, fully integrated transportation management system: Infios TMS (formerly MercuryGate).
The project included providing guidance and best practices for Winsupply’s new transportation practice, as well as supporting the technical setup and configuration of the TMS to support inbound and outbound flows.
What Bricz Did
Bricz took full, end-to-end ownership of the project, supporting Infios TMS design and configuration, and designing and leading all integration activities with Winsupply’s ERP and WMS solutions.
Bricz also provided go-live support and hypercare, and completed a full knowledge transfer with the key individuals who would support the new TMS.

The Results
The design and implementation was completed on time and within budget, with a very smooth UAT process and minimal disruption to Winsupply’s business.
The new TMS for inbound flow went live, and Bricz is now fully engaged on the outbound shipment phase, having already completed a full knowledge transfer with Winsupply’s support team.
